Cancellation Policy
Cancellation following room offer:
If your application is successful, you will receive a room offer by email. Should you wish to cancel prior to accepting the licence agreement the €50 application fee will be forfeited.
Following acceptance of the licence agreement the following cancellation terms will apply:
Upon acceptance of the licence agreement, the balance of the deposit will be required. If you cancel your room offer prior to check in, you will forfeit your full deposit of €500. Those who have rolledover their deposit are subject to €500.00 deposit forfeit.
Cancellation following check in date:
If you cancel your booking following the check in date, you will forfeit your booking deposit in full and be liable for the full contractual fees.
Cancellation following occupancy:
If you cancel your booking in writing, having moved into the accommodation, your full damage deposit will be retained and you will be liable for the full contractual rental fees.
Please note: Should you make an application for a full year place with us and cancel mid-waythrough your stay, you will lose your full deposit, be liable for the full year rent and will be unable toapply for accommodation with us in the future.
