Postgraduate Accommodation

At Campus Life Services, we have many accommodation options available exclusively for postgraduate students. While The Quigley Residence and Brennan Court are postgraduate specific accommodation, we also have rooms available in all other accommodations for postgraduate students. We do our utmost to allocate postgraduate students together in areas allowing for a quieter environment conducive to study and relaxation.

UL seeks to prioritise its allocation of campus accommodation for all post graduate students. A number of rooms have been dedicated to postgraduate students on taught and research programmes which are available on both 9 and 12 month let lengths. We draw your attention to the all-inclusive rental fees which includes a private ensuite bedroom on campus including utilities, high speed wired internet connection on the UL network, WiFi, UL Sport membership and management services.

Benefits of living in residence

When you live in residence at UL you will have free access to high speed internet via the UL wired or wireless network. You can have your own ensuite in our apartment style residences which affords you greater privacy while you still enjoy the camaraderie of sharing with others or chose from one of our sharing rooms for a tighter budget.

• Longer let lengths - 51 week let length available for postgraduate students; September - August.

Let lengths to suit you

As some postgraduate programmes require you to be based at UL during the summer months, you can choose to stay for 38 or 51 weeks. For Graduate Medical Students, we facilitate the requirements of your course and you can stay for 41 weeks.

• The Quigley Residence - postgraduate students only
• Brennan Court (located in Kilmurry village) - postgraduate students only
• We also have postgraduate rooms available in all other villages

How to apply

Students can apply on our home page once applications are open and there is availability.

As we only offer rooms to students of the University postgraduate students will need to have a valid student ID to apply for one of our 8 student residences. 

Rooms after offered on a 1st come 1st served basis, once we are full applications will be waitlisted.
