Prospective Students

Family Accommodation

Mother and Baby

Accommodation facilities suitable for students with families are available in two-bedroom apartments at Univerisity of Limerick. Our family apartments are ideal for mother and baby yet can accommodate up to two parents and one child.

We have housed families for a number of years now and both parents and children find that the facilities and services work well for family life while still getting the best out of campus life at UL. Our Village Management Team ensure that all families integrate well into each residential community and are always on hand to assist with any special requirements you may have.

Hassle free living

As your priority is to concentrate on your academic career while taking care of your children, our rental fees are designed to incorporate all utility bills and services. As budget is of great concern, we accept monthly rental fee payments by direct debit which avoids the need to pay fees in advance of a semester. Our on site maintenance will attend to all queries within a day and our Village Management team are on call 24 hours should you require assistance. Our monthly rental fees include:

  • Light
  • Heat
