The Quigley Residence

The Quigley Residence is our newest development on the North Campus. Exclusively for postgraduate students, The Quigley Residence accommodates 100 students in comfortable 4 and 2 bed apartments. Located adjacent to the Graduate Medical School Building, The Quigley  Residence provides modern facilities in an attractive landscape. The Quigley Residence is operated from Cappavilla Village and shares management and reception services with Cappavilla Village residents.

Number of rooms - 100.

The Quigley Residence offers:

• Individual apartments with 4 or 2 large private study bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully fitted

Please note: The village has limited car parking facilities.

Vehicles are parked in residence at owner's risk.
