Welcome to Plassey Village

 

My name is Laura Kerin, Groody Village Manager. Our team is made up of  an Assistant village manager, maintenance operative and 2 resident assistants, located in Troy village reception. 

Our aim is to ensure that you have the best living experience while staying in Troy Village. The Village team are here to help and are happy to be of assistance, no matter how big or small the problem may be.

You will find a member of the team at Troy Village Reception daily, with opening hours displayed on reception door.

Please remember that our door is always open to those of you who may be experiencing difficulties such as moving to a new city or living with new people. It is a very big change for some and the Village Team will be happy to assist you in any way we can to make you feel at home in Groody Village. If you wish to discuss any matter in private, we will make it our priority to meet with you.
